I attended my first TM retreat in August last year and found it to be the most wonderful reset I needed.  In the lead up, I had been avoiding my TM practice due to some life challenges and trying to avoid what was coming up when I went quiet. The retreat truly helped me "clear out" a lot of what I had been avoiding so I could again experience the benefits of regular TM practice.  I found the changes in my inner state following the retreat flowed into my normal life in so many powerful ways.

I have attended at least one retreat per year since I began my TM, so 9-10 approx and I would totally recommend this for all, whether beginners, many years in, steady with TM, or on and off.
